Mark is a hardworking, detail-oriented problem solver who possesses a strong drive to seek the truth and is constantly striving to gain new knowledge. His passion for understanding how things work lead him to pursue an education in engineering, completing a B.Eng. and a Ph.D. in the field of Materials Engineering at McMaster University. This education, and related research experience, have provided Mark with a strong background in materials behaviour, including a deep understanding of metallurgical principles and failure analysis practices, and have instilled an ethical framework focused on providing unbiased analysis. Mark has been working in the field of forensic engineering since 2018 and has been involved in hundreds of investigations related to materials and metallurgical failures. He is very excited to advance his career in the field of forensic engineering and is eager to provide clients with dedicated service based on sound engineering principles.
